What’s Happening on Your Commercial Roof While Nobody’s Looking?

Your commercial roof probably has a funny habit of being ignored right up until something starts dripping on someone’s desk… maybe even yours.

While no one’s looking, water can start ponding, drains can clog, seams can separate, flashing can deteriorate, and rooftop equipment can create damage that goes unnoticed from the ground. Then add Arkansas storms, heat, wind, falling branches, and the occasional worker stomping around up there creating havoc—of course, unknown to you—and your roof may be having a much more exciting life than you realize.

And there’s nothing quite as exciting as spending thousands upon thousands of dollars on repairs.

Here’s the good news! Many of these problems are relatively minor when they’re caught early. But ignore them long enough and a small repair can turn into damaged insulation, decking, interior ceilings—or a much more expensive roofing project.

Your commercial roof isn’t like your poodle or dachshund. It doesn’t need attention every day. But newsflash… someone should probably go up there and say hello once in a while.
