Like a tricky little… you know what… water can travel along decking, insulation, seams, pipes, and structural components before finally finding somewhere to ruin your day.

Habitually recurring leaks can also be caused by deteriorated flashing, failed seams, ponding water, damaged membranes, rooftop equipment, or repairs that simply didn’t fix the underlying problem. Or maybe your workers have really heavy feet.

At some point, another bucket of roof cement isn’t the answer.
